For those sections of our township not sewered, Alan overseas sewage system installation and regulation. He has completed stringent state training for this post and carries a state certification. When planning to build here or if your system needs repair, contact Alan at 570-868-5388.
Alan has lived in Rice Township for 31 years. He is retired from the PA Department of Environmental Protection after a 35 year career. In addition to Rice Township SEO, Alan serves as the Zoning Officer for Dorrance Township. |
